Default Pelikan M20 Silvexa - Information Sought

Hello everyone. I was hoping that some of you aficionados might be able to help me understand the history of my new pen better. I've Googled extensively but I cannot find much information about it and what niche it filled in the Pelikan family. I just received a Pelikan M20 Silvexa that I purchased from eBay. It has a black body and a silver cap with a blue ink window. It measures 5.24 inches long capped and 5.79 inches when posted with a weight of 0.6 ounces. It is a piston filler with a 14K gold EF nib. The only markings are around the band of the cap and state "+ Pelikan 20 Silvexa + Germany." Some pics below. Thank you in advance for your responses.
