Pen Chalet
I promised a good word in favor of Pen Chalet, so here I am keeping my promise. I had been hanging onto some Christmas money my mother-in-law had given me, and one day last weekend, I took a look at Pen Chalet's ad. They were carrying the Kaweco Art Sport, so I took the plunge, using a coupon I had, and ordered the amethyst one. I noticed that the nib size was M, and I called to ask if the nibs were swappable from the other versions. The call went to voicemail, and I thought, "well, I guess I'll just see when it gets here." To my surprise, Ron called me back to see if he could help me. I explained my question, and he said "I think I oversold on those about two pens before you." Oh, well, I thought. But he said he could order me one, and he could get me a Fine point nib, too.
Now that's service. I was impressed. I received it today, and everything was as promised. Thank you, Pen Chalet.
