    Default Waterman ED Feed Issues

    Just curious if anyone has ever shellacked the spoon feed that goes into the section to tighten up the fit, diameter............ and slow down the ink flow as they can be too wet, even gushers?

    Some of my Waterman’s date back to 1904. None of them have shrunken feeds though. Sometimes they leak but that is taken care of by heat setting the feed and nib. Is the feed and nib slipping in and out a bit too easy on your pen? Have you heat set it?
