I always enjoy the picture of the guy on their website who must have sat still for hours, while they swapped the pen in his hand.
They are the same ink.
This isn't a formal ink review, just a comparison to find differences. Other than a stronger flow in the M700, I can see no difference between white and blue label on this Rhodia pad, about the same difference as the first two photos in this thread. Collectors might pay a premium to add the obsolete white label bottle to their collections, but ink users should care not a whit which color the label is.
As to the ink, I think it's a rather boring traditional blue. (I'm spoiled by these new saturated blue inks with sheen.) Still, if I want a permanent ink that is more blue than the blue/black of iron gall inks (e.g., MB old blue/black, ESSRI, Diamine Registrars), then this blue would do. I expect my bottle will collect dust.

Fred - Just curious: what nib(s) did you use in your writing sample. Thanks in advance . . .
Pelikan B nibs in an M400 and M700, both ground to cursive italic by Richard Binder.

I prefer the white label...
I love the pen stand.
Oh yeah, sorry... but wasn't blue traditionally the colour of the devil in medieval christendom?
Thanks!!
The pen stand might be a tooth brush holder. I use two to hold pens I am currently using.

We don't know what we don't know
The pen stand was custom made by George Sherwood (d/b/a Back to Burl), a vendor who sold exotic wooden pens and boxes at the DC show two years ago. I have a larger similar rotating pen rack made by Bill Jackman, but he is no longer in business. (See my photo in the Pens I used today thread.)
