What you said! Plus, they are great pens at a good price.

Lamy call them Italic and market them mainly in the Joy Calligraphy sets.
To me they seem less forgiving than a stub nib. One day maybe I will round the corners a bit on one of them.

Do these nibs also fit the older 26P ?

And the next question is how do I change the nib on a 26P?
Or should I ask that in the repair section?

    thanks

Hi there ac12. Welcome to the nicest place for fountain pen geekery.

No, they won't fit your 26P.

No, this is the right sub forum. Peeps will see your post from "What's New" so don't worry. Unless the pen needs repair, does it?

Am I the only one that thinks it is ridiculous that Lamy doesn't sell a set of all the nibs together? I have seen a small Lamy branded nib box on some reviews but can't find it anywhere and I don't know what comes in it.

The 26P uses the same nib design as the Lamy 2000 and the earlier hooded nib pens like the Ratio, Special, 25P, 66P, 67P, 68, 69, and flat-ended 27 and 99 models--among others. All nibs are interchangeable within these models. The 27 and 99 pens with rounded ends use a different nib style.
