wher to buy empty carts

Yes Id like to buy empty international long cartridges. I reuse my Waterman carts but dont know how many times I can do that so I throw them away after about 4 fills.

When I refill an empty cartridge, I check the inside edge of the hole the pen makes in it. If the hole is getting deformed or is starting to crack, I throw the cartridge away. It may depend on the design of the pen, but, in my experience, a cartridge will last a lot longer than four refills.
