Scrawler your Delta Israel 60th Anniversary pen has wonderful looking resin. I like the icy pale blue look.

Your ink is a close match to the purple jellyfish that washed up on Coolum Beach, QLD Australia.

Yes it looks like it would freeze your fingers off. Must get some jelly fish. My fingers are now speckled with this ink, and it does not was off.

I tend not to like those jelly fish - my youngest son got tangled up with a man o war when he was 10 on Hawaii

    Not a fun experience.

Not if I squeezed the ink out of it first.

Don't wanna waste the Warranted flex nib, so tuning a nib holder for it. Dyed with Diamine turqoise ink and finished with high gloss lacquer

Ye gads Dan, that looks totally amazing like a deep pond of water.
What size nib did you select & are you intending to modify it ?

Forgot to ask if it is a Midi or Maxi ?
I got a fine nib since that's my daily writer and I already have the 1.3 in my Homo Sapiens. The fine is pretty awesome so I'll hold off messing with. If I do anything I'll turn it into a smooth cursive italic. And it is the Maxi.

    Wait Pd nibs are modable???
Sure! It's just the same as modifying any other nib.

My latest is this Montegrappa Extra 1930 in Brown Tortoise celluloid with a fine nib. This is the firs time I've seen one in person, let alone used one, and it's positively breathtaking!

Would it be likely that the same people I would go to for a gold nib mod would probably do the same mods on a supplied Pd?

It would be very likely. I'd be interested to hear if anyone says they wouldn't modify a Pd nib and why.

Dannzeman has modified at least one of mine with fantastic result.

The new Montegrappa Extra 1930 in Brown Tortoise celluloid looks spectacular. It appears to have some very nice reddish brown tones.

You must be facing some really tough decisions on which of your new pens to use.

I got these back to back so I am including both in this reply. An Esterbrook acquired in a trade and a Pakistan made Dollar 717i which I must say for a cheap pen performs flawlessly.

That nib can be made to fit an Esterbrook nib unit, so that you can have a beautiful Estie with a gold nib.
