Question Please help identify Platinum pen model name

I have this pen/pencil set made by the Platinum Pen Co of Japan, with an interesting etched lines pattern:

There's a fountain pen that was made for this style as well. I've seen it in pocket FP form and long FP form. But I've never caught the actual name of this style. Does anyone here know? Thanks for your assistance.

I've come to discover that vintage Platinum pens were usually not named, only numbered. So, best approximation for a pattern name would be "tartan."

The closest I've seen are linked below:

I cannot find a reference to a model number on the pages, but I'm still looking for you
They seem to just be called the "プラチナ銀無垢万年筆" or "Platinum sterling silver" pen...

    or...

It could be one of the Platinum "リビエール シルバープレート" "Riviere Series: Silver Plated":

Actually, it's not silver plated. It's some lightweight metal alloy. Definitely not the same pattern as that silver Platinum pen. There is no model number indication on these pens. But there is definitely a fountain pen version. I have photos to prove it!
