Someone posted the same pen just a different color. The consensus was that it was Chinese, IIRC.

Have no idea on the price. I'll see if I can dig up that thread. Yes, a lot of old (Pre fall of the Berlin Wall) Chinese or third tier pens have the "IPWG" Iridium Point West Germany.

Minimal value. Resale value is iffy. I have one from the same manufacturer just a different model and I paid $10 with shipping for it. Most of it was shipping because they are so heavy.
