Make the PayPal ID available; user IDs can change more easily (i guess so can Paypal IDs :-( )

Nope, I was able to get the money back. He found excuses (and tons of lies as he says himself) to make me close the PayPal claim. Once one does that, you can't get the money back. That's the way PayPal works.

Buyer(rubendh) provided false/incorrect shipping address on international shipment - item in question (Stipula Etruria - Mint condition) was shipped and delivered to the address provided within standard international shipping times (10days) after receiving payment

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have tried to locate package over the course of 6 months with a new USPS search request every month since package was refused and ultimately lost in transit..
As such rubendh requested refund and has not received one unless the item in question is found/received back to me.

---tracking number is same as one in first picture link;proof of same package----

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Conducted dozens and dozens of problem free transactions over the years without incident.
    Examples of recent transactions:

Unfortunately because the item was lost after attempted delivery and rejection at rubendh's provided shipping address I was not willing and unable to refund rubendh. PayPal did not let rubendh request refund either.
I am in no position to refund payment for a Stipula Etruria on top of losing said pen to international shipping due to being provided incorrect and false address to ship and deliver to. I have told ruben that I would have had no problem refunding payment if I actually had the pen back in my possession or if something caused been a mistake of my own. In this case shipment and delivery of item were well documented and because of ruben's own fault the item was lost after delivery to his incorrect address - now he seeks refunds while attempting to harass me with threats and scam posts.

I'm confused. Was your PayPal claim successful, resulting in a refund to you, or did the claim timer expire, thus closing the claim before you could recover your money?

Can you please stick with only one version of your story? Because quite frankly : the more you say, the less believable you are.

Sorry for the confusion. I was eligible to get the money back as I paid with Goods&Services via Paypal. Thanks for pointing it out!
