Lever filler - Restored with new sac, sucks up ink
14K Gold Sheaffer Nib - Fine point, good writer
Pen is in good condition for it's age, light scratches/signs of use like any vintage pen. No major scratches chips or cracks. There is some brassing to the clip and lever.
The Celluloid material is a mix of red, pink and light brown color, there might have been some change to the original Celluloid color, which can happen to Celluloid material with time.

5. Brown Striped Celluloid 'FrankenPen'

The pen was lacking a J Bar and it's Lever was no good. So I installed a spare Crescent filler pressure bar part I had and installed a new sac. Pen also needed a new nib so I installed an 14k Eversharp nib.
Crescent filler - Restored with new sac, easily sucks up ink.
14K Gold Eversharp Nib - Fine point, good writer, see writing sample.
Pen is in good condition for it's age, no major scratches chips or cracks but like any vintage pen it may have light scratches/signs of use. The clip was also a but loose when I got it but I tightened it a bit so it's better now.
I love the brown striped celluloid along with the Crescent filler. This was probably one of my favorite and unique frankenpens I've worked on.

Lacks nib and feed.
I have installed a new sac and a J bar into the barrel. It'll function as a coin filler, just insert coin and press against bar inside barrel and I'll suck up ink.
There is hairline crack in the barrel starting at the threads, see pictures.
Pen has some discoloration to Ebonite. See pictures for more details.
