My comment would be more directed at the person who came up with the graphic in the first place, not the person who posted (in all good spirit, I am certain). Just pointing out the non-sequiter nature of the image itself, that's all.

These picture quotes are mass produced things, you would hardly find a handwritten one, a 5 Minute thing, background picture + text, save, publish, done.
I can imagine that there are even bots which create them fully automated (would be quite easy to program, take a quotes database, analyze key words of the text, choose from a picture database a appropriate tagged one, choose random font and color, put them together, done).
