A lurker with a small collection of pens - Pilots (CH 823, CH 92 and Falcon) , A Franklin Cristoph 02 with the music nib and various Noodlers and TWSBIs (Eco and 580) - A fan of demonstrators and probably an Ink addict who can never make up my mind what ink to use which explains the demonstrators and why I've so many TWISBI ECO's - 4 at the last count

Contemplating a dive into the Vintage pen pool and looking out for an Onoto Vacuum filler or similar

Hello back. The vintage pen pool will alter your mind...in a good way! If you can get up to London for the regular pen group meeting you'll be able to try a few pens before spending.

I found 19th-century dip pens on Tarrant Street when I used to live in Arundel.

Thank you for the offer but I can't make it this weekend , in Brighton that day to see Patti Smith (another non-ink addiction) - Is there an address and time for future meetups (I'm guessing its 1st Saturday of the month ) ?

The meetings are always the first Saturday except in October where the meeting takes place on the Sunday of the London Writing Equipment Show. We meet at The Bierschenke, a German beer-house which is located on Blomfield St London EC2. We meet at midday when the doors open.
