    Default Unknown Parker pen

I bought this off ebay (the black pen) assuming that it was a 45/51 Frankenstein pen. As you can see the pen is quite a bit smaller than a 51 or a 45 the respective red pen parts belonging to a 51 and 45.

The only marking say lady however it doesn't look like any of the lady pens i can find and on Google images so I was wondering if anyone knew what i bought. The guarantee says it was purchased in 1971.

Maybe some variation of the later Parker 17, Lady 17, or Slimfold?

Here is Tony Fischier's discussion, in which he says that the Slimfold looked a lot like the P45:

    1968 -71 Parker 17 Lady Standard

Unlike earlier versions that had Parker 17 printed on the barrel, these would have had white chalks marks – Parker 17 Lady

The red pen looks like a P51 MkIII Cartridge – the cap is a Parker 45 Arrow or CT

If you show the feeds ( barrel off ) both are very easy to identify.

    top pen

    Just a quick question please.

Please confirm that your red pen does not have a fixed hoop feed.

    Thanks
