some time ago I asked about blue black formula as I have one bottle of Parker each. I got some nice help and had a fun experiment resulting in a very nice very dark blue or maybe its black. As it turned out this ink is made in India with some kind of agreement with Parker to use the name or represent them in India.
So it looks good and behaves good in my pen without any smearing but I highlight a lot and it smears under highlight so the ink is useless to me. If someone would want the two bottles of unmixed ink Ill send them to you for just the shipping.
