Pen Hack and Frankenpens

What a lovely combo that is! And your handwriting is very cool.

The only pen I've hacked so far is a Nakaya Piccolo in yellow tame nuri (one of two pens in this color I know about which were made for Stylo Plume in France when they were still selling Nakayas).

That is a beautiful pen and beautiful handwriting! I would love to see some more photos of the yellow tamenuri.

I don't know if you've already seen these in the past, the pen at the far right is the yellow tame-nuri:





It's a beautiful warm color and looks quite similar to my shiro (white) tame-nuri Negoro though the difference is clearly visible when held next to each other. I should make a photo of those two.

you can also upgrade an esterbrook nib unit to a waterman #2 by taking the collar off the unit, and swapping nibs, needs a little fit and alignment, but overall, kind of a cool swap.
