    Question Raffle pens... for charity?

So, as an alternative to ebaying or placing pens in the classifieds, i was thinking about the raffle concept - with the plan to provide a proportion for a charitable donation.

    What do you all think?

Here is one partner i am considering to employ -

In the US you would have a lot of trouble with this concept since it is considered gambling and regulated by the Internal Revenue Service.
