    Hi all,

I'd like to know what the flecks are in these inks. Are they actually gold and silver or are they some other substance? Anyone know?

    Thanks,
    Rick

Very finely ground, usually cosmetic or food grade, mica. There have been many folks that made their own "shimmer" inks this way. Just make sure you get it as finely ground as possible.

    Hi AzJon,

Thanks for the answer! Not looking to make my own inks but just curious.

    Thanks,
    Rick
