National Security normally had Lang's warranted nibs

And I have had about half a dozen National Security pens - I like them - and still have here an old button filler with a nice stub nib. But none of these nibs had a size number stamped on them; they looked about the same size as a Swan 2 or perhaps a Croxley nib.

I would bow, e.g. to Northlodge or to PeterG, but I would be prepared to bet that that is not an original National Security nib. National Security pens all had 14ct gold nibs; it is not clear whether or not that nib is gold. I probably have a National Security sized Warranted nib - I'd have to look though.
