    Default Checking in from NC

    Hello all,

    New to the site and trying to make a return to using my FP's more than I have recently. Picked up my first one before leaving on a deployment to the big sandbox in 2011. In an effort to slow myself down a bit and do things at a slower pace I am making an attempt to get into a habit of using my FP and do a bit of journal writing in the evenings. Look forward to learning and contributing where I can. Thanks!

    Welcome to the forum!
    0.5mm vs 0.7mm graphite sizes is much like 9mm vs 45acp...they both work if you know what you are doing. - me

    Looking for Caran d'Ache Type 55 2mm set and Rotation .7 pencils.

    Just got back from seeing family in Wilmington!!

    Gifted my nephew a mint Parker 75 FP - BP SET gold cisle or however you spell it?

    Trying to get him hooked......

    I work in Wilmington! That is one way to get them into it. I am hoping that my efforts are noticed by my daughters and they'll get into the habit at a young age and continue it into adulthood.

    When I was there last week it was bad- my parents live not far from the inter-coastal waterway. Many streets were flooded for a spell and then of course the sun comes back out
