Depends on what the recipient would what or use the pen for. Reported silly spammer!

Or if the recipient is the Queen of England, perhaps a Montblanc.

The links are still there. But in this particular case after a quick check, the links don't appear to be nefarious. But at the end of the day, a spammer is a spammer.
Actually, her Majesty prefers a Parker 51, Burgundy in color with a gold cap, medium nib. I understand she has several that she uses on a daily basis. One with indelible black ink for official correspondance and the other loaded with her own specially chosen color for personal correspondance.
All the Best.

One thing I recall finding amusing in my high school German class was that "Gift" is a German noun meaning poison. Gives new meaning to "don't look a gift horse in the mouth". A gift pen could be one that you use to send poison pen letters.
In English (having forgotten almost all of my German), I find the use of "gift" as a verb quite annoying, even though, and let me make this clear, I am evidently wrong to do so (that link should be safe to click on).

It doesn't matter if the recipient doesn't care. Yes it has happened to me. I'm more choosy who I give a fountain pen to now. If the person shows genuine interest in a pen I am using, I can make things happen. If it is just curiosity, I'll wait to see if they are serious.
