For me, it's all about finding that perfect combination of taste and comfort that satisfies the palate and warms the soul.

Sandwiches are my go-to dish in the mornings and sometimes for lunch at work. I've tried all sorts of varieties, but I'm always on the lookout for something that hits just the right spot.

Recently, I organized my birthday party and was on the hunt for something special. While exploring party platters from Costco, I found their croissant sandwich platters and decided to give them a go. Ordered two plates, one with chicken and provolone and another with roast beef & cheddar, and they were a hit! One of the softest sandwiches I've tried, and now I get them on a daily basis for breakfast.
