ebay comes up with these discount offers from time to time. I frequently wonder why is it that I can never find something I want to buy at a discount of 15%, yet I have over 100 items on my Watch List?
The main answer is that by the time I've added on these sellers' P&P, and I'm talking ebay UK here, the items are no longer anywhere near a bargain.

I find great deals from the UK. With that being said, I buy mostly clutch pencils or mechanical pencils. So maybe my items don’t ‘draw in the crowd’. I love it when I get a discount from EBay. I could use it right now! Lol.
