Mike Masuyama (Mikeitwork) will be there. It's on the Vendor List. Also Danny Fudge from the Write Pen will be available for repairs, as is Joel and Sherrell from Ink-Pens. (Wish I could go...)

Thanks. I knew Danny was going to be there. I have utilized his services several times. I must of missed Mike Masuyama. I have a couple of pens that need some minor tweeks. Now I will have to make a point to be there just as the doors open so I can get in queue early.

Here are the list of Seminars (workshop) that will be conducted in the Pen Show on the 2nd day, which is Saturday the 29th of September:

11:15 am-12:15 pm Fountain Pen Artistic Writing with Michael Sull
12:30-1:30 pm Fountain Pen Repairs: The Basics with Sherrell Tyree
1:45-2:45 pm Envelope Art with Kaligrafos

This was such a fun show. Mike Masuyama was there grinding nibs and Danny Fudge was making repairs. There were a ton of people. I've been going for several years now and this had by far the most I've seen. In fact, several of the veterans patrons were remarking on the high attendance. The only presentation I made it to was Sam Fiorella's since I had already seen Michael Sull's last year.

I didn't get to go because of a family issue this year. A couple of my friends went though, and they bought me some ink. So that was awesome.

I am "recovering" from the Dallas Pen Show today

The show is always a blast for me, but this year is especially so because it's my second time to be a vendor (my first at LA Pen Show last February). I've been so busy talking to people that I took only one (one!) photo during the show.

This is it: (and those crackers were pretty much what I ate during the show )



I met quite a few of from my online connections in person, had fun yakking about pens, including, .... drum roll please! with our own Lady-Onagoro (Woot!).

Not as much as I'd like, but I did get a few cool pens, one of which is a larger Wahl Tulip in my favorite material woodgrain ebonite.
