I see the Pelikan logo on the cap of many pens is green, but mine is faded.

You could try repainting it, but it's probably faded because of it's age, and if that's the case, it would be preferable to leave it as it is. You wouldn't want an older pen with a bright green, brand new looking Pelikan logo.

You'd have to search a bit to find the right color, but a method used by many is a china marker. It's the colored pencil looking thing but it unwraps.
It's easily reversible and comes in many colors.
