    Default Anderillium Michigan Avenue mini-review

I went ink crazy at the Chicago pen show and one of the bottles I picked up was a show special from Anderillium: Michigan Ave. A very nice, smooth, dark forest green--and made as a nod to aged bronze that is present in many of the city landmarks. At the bottom of this page I swatched Anderillium Colossal Squid Dark, a very dark teal.

Tried to photograph in sunlight--maybe I should scan this.

Geez, I'm not doing too good adding photos--and you can barely see the color. Will try something different.

Thank you for doing this! This looks like a nice ink.

I purchased a bottle of Anderillium ink from Pen Realm sometime back and have really enjoyed it. I am planning on getting more of their Cephalopod series for my daughter when she comes for a visit in July. Her hobby, besides fountain pens, is scuba diving and she is fascinated by the cephalpods that she sees.

I bought small bottles of 4 of the cephalopods inks--Blue-Ringed Octopus is a bright, bright intense blue--not turquoise--and I love it.

I met them (Anderillium Ink) at the Chicago Pen Show also, and I like their ink because the ones I tried have that dark and dusky tone.

I have been using their Brown Cuttlefish for my recent sketches. Also the Collosal Squid Dark (your description of it as "very dark teal" is accurate
