Default Waterman #7 PINK, Waterman 55 Cardinal Red Wet Noodle, OMAS Saffron, Waterman LeMan

Looking to make some room in my collection due to some recent purchases. Please take a look and PM me if interested!

Waterman #7 Pink Nib - The very rare and sought after Pink nib. Very flexible writer. Overall the pen is in wonderful condition, minor fading on the ebonite that is basically on every model you will come across. Fading is consistent across the pen so really nothing noticeable. Minor brassing on cap band and cap ball. Other than that the pen is in incredible condition with good imprints and good looking nib. Asking $750 https://imgur.com/a/mv3N92x

Waterman 55 - Wet noodle #5 nib, the pen is in excellent condition for it's age. What I would consider a mint condition pen in the harder to find Cardinal Red ebonite. Hardware is still shiny with no brassing. The ebonite has excellent color and no fading. An incredible condition Vintage Waterman 55, very strong imprints and the nib shines like a new nib. Wet noodle nib, writes super flexible and has perfect ink flow. Never had this pen railroad no matter how much it was flexed. Asking $700 https://imgur.com/a/JIwxscg

OMAS Paragon Saffron - A beautiful example of the OMAS celluloids that they are famous for. The pen has an 18k Fine nib which writes a nice juicy fine line. Wonderful writer and what you would expect or hope for from an OMAS fountain pen. Asking $700

Waterman LeMan 100 - One of the most iconic and well known modern Waterman fountain pens made during modern times. The Man 100 is a wonderful full-sized fountain pen. This one sports the older second generation nib and has quite a bit of flex/springyness to it. Not nearly as flexible as vintage Waterman flex nibs, but very similar to a semi-flex nib. The nib lays down a nice, wet, Fine-Medium sized line without pressure and can be easily flexed to a broad through normal writing. It adds quite a bit of flair to your normal everyday writing. The nib is incredibly smooth and is an excellent writer. Overall condition is quite good for a pen that is ~30+ years old. It has minimal signs of wear and is in very good condition. $170 + shipping.

This is one of FPG's biggest scammers, EVER!

Jason, did you really think we would forget?

In addition to this thread, there are others, be careful folks!!

    All:

This individual has also conducted his "business" (sic) in places other than FPG. For example, when FPN had their Classifieds sub-forum he posted items for sale there. He has also used Pentrace's Market Board. I do not know about Redditt but I think it is likely he will pop up there, too.
He has used multiple user names. I've just taken a quick look at all the threads I can find which are still searchable here, FPN and PT. From that quick search, I have gleaned some of the other names he has used. They include include Casey, CaseSensitive, jjm5812, Chris, pen2find, J.M. and Jay.

He's as bad an actor as we have ever seen; stay far, far away!!

    Folks-

My apologies! I knee jerked with my response and warnings; I did not realize that the OP's post was from 2018 and was not current.
That said, our experience with this guy was awful and must never be forgotten.
Also, for those who lament the absence of an administrator, to the best of my knowledge the administrator was still actively involved back then..... and he was powerless to shut this guy down.
IMO,more important than the presence of an administrator and/ or a moderator to "protect us" from scammers is our willingness to look out for one another. And that was why I reacted so quickly.
    Apologies again..........

No apologies necessary--you were acting in the best interests of your fellows here. Damn the charlatans - at all cost! I can hardly wait for the day he's outted & charged with felonious fraud attempts. & The sooner the better!
