Pen Help, Gold and Nice but do not know what it is?

I was hoping if someone could help me as I have been left a few pens like Cross pens and this one below which I have not seen before, does anyone know it?

Uncertain as to brand, but I think what you've got is a pencil.

It is a twisty ballpoint, Yes the brand I am trying to figure out it. thanks for the reply and help.

Just seems like a store/house brand with no branding on the clip/etc and no real symbol on the top or other.

Almost seems like they were trying to copy the clip style of a Conway Stewart or a Diplomat.
