Default Parker 50 Falcon Inner Cap Removal

Luckily mine is not the version with the riveted jewel, but am having a devil of a time removing the jewel. I see what I believe are some sort of small holes in the plastic inner cap. Would it be feasible to use a dental tool to get into one of those holes and pull the inner cap out?

I'm not sure for what reason you might be trying to remove the inner cap, but in case it's anything to do with the clip and cap top, the Parker 50 Falcon clip is removed by pushing the whole clip band unit up and off the top of the cap from the outside. It's a tricky job and they have been known to break when being replaced, as I've seen some for sale with broken clip bands.

I don't know anything about removing the inner cap.

This is just for slight dent removal. I am assuming if I can get the jewel off the inner cap can be pushed out from the top.
