    As Chrissy says Targa - specifically the 1001xg later version 1989. See Gary's site at http://www.sheaffertarga.com/fountainpenlist.htm

    Your pen is exhibiting a problem I've noted with the metal overlays in that the barrel has split. Your barrel has separated and the inner part has extended a slight bit out.

    It's possible it might be repairable by an expert, but it's not worth repairing. You could probably get a nice cap and barrel for it, or even just sell the nib on it's own.

    Photo #3 isn't blurred, and I think that suggests it has an oblique nib, but I agree that the last photo shows a blurred nib.
