Hello,

I'm new to FPG but not fountain pens. My first pen was a Sheaffer school pen. Then I leveled up to a Waterman Laureat. For many years the Laureat was my only fountain pen. Then in 2008 I stumbled upon a Lamy Safari and that was all she wrote. Now I have a passel of pens. A fairly even mix of modern and classic (older but not vintage) pens. I have a favorite from every region. I like my nibs wet and my inks shady. Also have a fondness for sheen.
