In the same spirit of the drive to post something every day that Will, I think it was, tried, could we try a thread where members suggested and answered questions that could be used as prompts for profile bios? Silly stuff, nothing necessarily heavy - favourite French pastry, for instance. Just to get a bit more of a flavour of the person, not just the FP Geek, and make profile clicking socially acceptable.

Getting a group of people to actively participate is deceivingly difficult. But I do like your idea above
