Lunchtime ink review: Diamine Syrah

Lunchtime ink reviews! I'm taking one ink to work each day and doing one of these during my lunch.

Diamine Syrah, dip test with TWSBI Eco 1.1mm stub, on Rhodia dotpad.

This was my free ink from LWES last year - looks great in every nib size! Somewhat burgundy red with good shading, fairly dry.

It is my favorite red ink next to Diamine Red Dragon.

Ha, I go for the oranges and browns before the reds! And I've got Deep Dark Red.

I need to ink up one of my pens with this. I was using it quite a bit a few months ago, and then when I wasn't watching, it slipped out of the rotation. Must remember to be more vigilant.

I originally bought a bottle because I was looking for a black cherry-colored ink, and this was the closest I could find. A really tasty color, to be sure.
