Franklin-Christoph Pocket 40 in emerald with 18k Masuyama Medium cursive italic

I’m looking to sell a F-C pocket 40 in solid emerald with a 18k medium nib that was customized by Michael Masuyama into a cursive italic. This is the clipped version. Pictures show it with the clip removed. I’ve been using it without a clip, but will re-attach the clip before shipping. Both this pen and the nib are no longer in production. F-C does not sell size 5 Masuyama gold nibs any longer. It comes with pouch. I’m not sure if I have the chop card. Asking price is $205, shipped. US and PayPal only.
