    This was in today's mail , needs a sac but otherwise it is in great shape .

    Yes! The Challenger is the first pen that got me hooked on vintage fountain pens. A super but underrated Parker.

    The articles of surrender between the German forces in the Netherlands and the Canadians, was signed with a green Parker Challenger that was not dissimilar to this one.

    But when I first read the headline I thought you bought this kind of Challenger.....

    That's a lovely celluloid. Reminds me a bit of the Sheaffer abalone with those big lozenges of 'pearl'.

    I have not put a sac in it yet but I have dipped it and the slightly flexi nib is smooth and wonderful for a Parker . Love to find flex where it is not usually found ! Thanks for the comments .
