Pelican figurine made by Blue Mountain Pottery in Canada. 7" tall, in excellent condition

Blue Mountain Pottery made a variation of this figurine as a pen stand for Pelikan. This looks to be exactly the same, but without the pen holder in front.
Would make an interesting collectible for Pelikan enthusiasts.

I have one of these with the pen holder in front. How do you know who made it - is there a mark somewhere?

By the glazing of the pottery, its very distinctive and was made by Blue Mountain Pottery in Collingwood ON. They made stands for Pelikan as I understand researching online
No makers mark, although I have seem some photos online with the stickers still on which have the name.
