Any publicity...
… is good publicity. Is this old saw really true? Not sure how I found the following link but it is presented here anyway. Thoughts?

Re: Any publicity...
that guy does nothing to establish any reasons why anyone should listen to him. The list was a headscratcher.

" At $29, you can expect ink to be sold separately" - I don't think I am the target audience for this gloss.

Re: Any publicity...
About a year and a half ago, when I was beginning to get into this hobby, I looked up a few lists of Best Pens. These lists make starting points for people.

Re: Any publicity...
This is a very tame list. No Pelikan - after a year of wonderful new releases! - no Italian pens, no hand made/custom pens. No flex, no cursive italics. Very very boring.
When you get a 'best pens' list from SBRE Brown or Goulet pens, you know some thought has gone into it, and usually, there are a couple of surprises or interestingly offbeat choices. I really rather like looking at those lists - I may not always agree but they get me thinking.
