Default Parker Quink with Solv-X from what date?

So I stumbled upon a small school supply store in the west part of the island and, as I often do, asked if they had some FP ink. To my surprise I was presented with this bottle of black Parker Quink:

This is a 57ml bottle that has the following inscription on the bottom:

    Parker Pen Company
    England BN9 0A
    17 C

What would be the approximate age of this ink?

I haven't found a definitive answer, but the plastic cap and the solv-X suggests 1970's or 1980's as the oldest possible dates.
