Default My photos of Sailor Pens

I am a fan of Sailor and I am also into pen photography so I make this topic just to share with you my photo of Sailor pens that I have taken.

I also want to see your photos too. So let's share here all pictures of Sailor's pens.

For this first post, I think I should start with some classic model. So here it is: Sailor 1911 Standard with Zoom nib.
To be honest, Zoom nib is not my favorite but I see many people like Sailor Zoom nib. There must be something attractive from this size.
About the appearance, I tend to choose something colorful, but I can't deny the beauty of classic black color. It is never out of date if you have a black pen, right?

@usk15, burgundy is beautiful color. It is one of 2 mainstream colors of Sailor: Black and Burgundy which they called Maroon on their catalog.
I can see the one on the left is Lamy Safari, so what is the one in middle?

Today, I would like to move on another black Sailor pen which I really love but not ready to use it as the size does not fit my hand. It is Sailor King of Pen Pro Gear.
I love the design of Sailor nibs, but 21K in 1911 L or Pro Gear Full size or 14K in 1911 S and Sapporo are just a little bit small.
I think if they just slightly bigger, they will look much much more beautiful.
And when I saw KOP nib, I think, yes! I am correct! Sailor KOP nib is just so beautiful!

Today, the pen I would like to feature is Sailor Ebonite KOP. I have not had much experience with this model yet, so let's skip the short review part and move on to the picture right away.

I love the design of Ebonite KOP Black, very simple but very elegance. Sailor also makes 2 limited edition for this model which I think they are lovely too but not so high fashion like the Black one.

Today, I would like to introduce my favorite models of Sailor: Demonstrator. They are mainly limited models which are only made in limited quantity. I fall in love at first sight with these demonstrator pens. Some friends said that they are too colorful for them, but I found they are just enough for me
Here are some pictures of these beautiful pens:

    Superb photographs!

While may be into darker colors, more conservative looks, and greater opacity , I can definitely appreciate the cheerful colors of those pens!

Although i am a big fan of big colour, and while some of the various unique colours that certain pen manufacturers release do appeal to me, most don't; but since seeing these photos, i think i will be a lot more susceptible to colourful options...

Beautiful pens and beautiful photography; really exquisite. And yes, you are correct about the KOP nib, it is absolutely stunning.

Thank you very much for your comment. Colorful pens seem to be too young sometimes, I think. But in other views, it refers to freshness, energy (in my opinion). While other big colors like black, whiter, amber are usually bring to me an image of mature, elegance, luxury. I enjoy to think of meaning each pen bring to my life. They are like a human to me. Each pen has its own characteristic and their appearance also reveals of their personality.

Long time no post pictures of Sailor! Today I will go with red pens. Red is not always a color of my choice now but it played an important role in my childhood when I always bought red items to add some luck to my day (red is referring for luck, isn't it?). So here they are, 2 red pens from Sailor:

@KyleClapton one thing I appreciate about your photos, besides the fact I ❤️ Sailor pens, is you have a consistent style.

Whether it’s here, on Instagram or your website I know it’s a Pensachi image. Well done 👍

Thank you very much. I am very happy to receive you compliment. It is my joy everyday. I wake up and think what concept I should do to day for those pens. And it is just wonderful.
I was afraid when I was student looking for a job. At that time I was not that much into neither fountain pens nor photography. Working at Pensachi is a lucky start for me.
I discovered my 2 hobbies and now I can enjoy my work at the same time with my hobbies. Isn't it great?
