Default FS: Tibaldi Impero for only $125 ?

Well heck no. Do you think I'm crazy? But you can have this great pen by Texas penmaker Jim Hinze for that price. The material has a colors similar to that of Impero though the material pattern is more swirls of color than flakes.

The VERY lightly used cartridge converter filled pen measures approximately 5 1/2 inches long capped and 5 1/4 inches long uncapped. It carries a two tone #6 Broad steel nib. The pen was customized for me by Jim to modify the cap so it can be removed/installed with fewer turns (1 1/2) than is standard on this model. The pen is housed in a lovely wood box and cardboard outer.

$125 plus $8 shipping within US

Shipment outside US available at cost. Please inquire.

No, but perhaps you were if you thought the title real and missed the question mark.

As an actual Janner I can appreciate that. Will be there again in two weeks time.

    Lovely pen and material there!

The funny part is that I will probably never click on one of your ads again. I never do click bait because what I learned was not to trust what it says! So, if, at some time in the future, I do click on one of your postings and find anything similar to this you will have taught me to ignore what I see.

As you can probably tell this is not the way to continue to attract my attention - as a potential buyer. I think you might have said, "As beautiful as a Tibaldi Impero for less than $125.00" and I would have looked and maybe purchased it.

    My opinion. Your choice...

I have always believed that a little humor isn't at all that bad. And from someone like me who wouldn't know Tibaldi from Garibaldi this thread has been... enlightening.

At least the entire title is listed on mobile here, the same ad on Fountain Pen Network doesn’t show the entire title so the question mark doesn’t show. GLWS, it is an attractive pen. If you know of an Impero Extra for sale I’m interested.

Oh FFS people. Anyone who knows more about pens than I do (which is most of you) should be able to recognize this as an attempt at humour. Grab a beer, sit back and relax. Based on recent threads, there are sellers on this forum who are real crooks and con artists, if you seriously thought this actually was a Tibaldi selling for a buck and change you’d best be careful as you are a likely target for someone who truly does want to rip you off.

It would have been fun prank, if it resembled like a Tibaldi Impero -- this is not even close, I vote for "click bait" ...

I thought this was quite an amusing title. It's a beautiful pen, too.

It's not as if the post is actually trying to pass the pen off as Tibaldi. Nope, just a rather naughty sense of humour.

I also personally vote for clickbait. However, one can make as much joke as he could take. As long as he thinks it's amusing for a buyer to pm something with the title "I want the pen?" and say " Well heck no. You think I'm crazy?" It qualifies as a joke, at least for him, probably.

This is a very trustworthy seller. I highly recommend him. I've bought from him and sold to him with nothing but excellent outcomes.

The title got my attention; it didn’t bother me. I was in the back seat of a moving car and saw the Impero part on the FPN version of this ad without seeing the gray price or much of the thumbnail. This won’t stop me from buying from Whichwatch in the future.

That’s hilarious! And I know the seller and you’ll have an excellent transaction.
