Swan Mabie Todd Lever Fill Disassembly
Hello,
I recently got a Swan Mabie Todd rolled-gold lever fill fountain pen. Before putting on a sac, I wanted to clean the inside of the barrel and the pressure bar. The two snap rings are also rusted. After close inspection, I found that I have never encountered this mechanism. Could you please help me in finding the correct way to disassemble and reassemble? I am attaching a figure of the mechanism, which I could gather from visual inspection. There could be mistakes in the drawing because it is difficult to see the inside of the barrel.

It appears to be very similar to the staple-secured pressure bar (http://www.richardspens.com/ref/repair/levers.htm) but instead of the staple ("tab stamped into the middle of the pressure bar"), there is a slit in the pressure bar through which the hook is inserted.
Best regards,
banskt
