    Default Replacing a Pelikan section?

I picked up a sweet Pelikan 400nn brown tortoise. Score!

Sadly, upon inspection, the section has a crack in it.

Any way to repair/replace one of those on your own? Or am I SOL?

I believe I've read before that Pelikan sections are glued onto their barrels. Surely there must be restorers who have had to replace one in the past. Hopefully, one will come along to help.

Ok. that's what I thought. Welp, time to keep my eyes peeled for a junk barrel to steal the section from!

    Thanks all!

You might find a good barrel more quickly.
