For those on the fence, I have this pen and really like it for situations when it is not practical to use a fountain pen. It definitely can use just about any refill. So far I have used, Pilot V5 RT, Monteverde branded Montblanc Rollerball refill, Space Pen refills, and some Uni gel refills, all worked flawlessly. If the refill can fit the length of the pen, it will work. Not associated with the seller just a happy user of this fine pen.
