I don't know what filter you're using but your pictures stab me in the eye!
There is something that's not quite right with your pictures, but the pen is a Parker 45. I'm going to assume that it's either blue or teal and that the cap is chrome with a gold plated clip. Both pen and cap look badly scratched in those pictures.
You can remove a freshly soaked nib and feed from a Parker 45 by unscrewing it from the section at the black collar, then remove the nib by holding the feed in the centre and pushing the black collar back towards the other end of the feed. The you will be able to see if the nib is steel or gold.

Parker 45 GT is the common term applied to a 45 with steel cap and gold trim.
