hello from Boston

Hello there!

Glad to be here--especially after attempting to join a certain other forum which seems to have registration issues...?

ANYWAY, I'm relatively new to the FP space, though I've learned a bit from google and forum searches and a couple of podcasts. I've been living in Boston for about 10 years now but originally from STL. My modest collection consists of: 2 TWSBI Ecos and a Pelikan m200 Smoky Quartz, though I will likely be adding a couple more in the coming months (headed to Japan later this year).

I'm actually more of a watch guy (as might be inferred from my username) but I figured there's probably some overlap here. If there's another group that's continually asked, "why spend that amount of money? it's just a_____" It's probably fountain pen folks :P
