    Likely a 145.

    Everything looks good to me. It's definitely a 145. It also has the correct ink converter which is a screw in (most fakes are a snap fit style).

    Short answer- There's nothing to suggest it's fake. Of course, you can completely confirm its authenticity until you get the pen in, but I'd buy it if that's what you're looking for.

    Looks nice.

    Seller has now added a correction to the listing, stating that the pen is a 145.
