Default Space age Pilot nib design!

These are images of the nib on a 1964 Pilot G300V
(actually a Frankenpen with the nib and section from a 1962 G300V which has a badly worn cap and barrel as well as feed shrinkage that left the nib a bit loose in the section, while the '64 had its cartridge nipple broken off by someone with no sense and a pair of pliers... both nibs are smooth, but the '62 is the better by a whisker).

It's a rigid extra fine, that writes (as expected) incredibly smoothly and reliably.

Anyone else have experience with this series?

    David-

    So many restoration projects...

Cool. Never heard of it or seen a nib like that. Thanks for sharing. I'm interested to hear more.
