Mine (90s arrow nib UK, 1 International, 1 Centenial ) are both friction fit.

Re: Modern Parker Duofold Feed removal advice needed
Ron Zorn posted this on "Replace a Duofold Centennial nib" in the "Parker" forum on the other place: The nibs and feeds pull straight out and aren't especially tight, so it's easy to do. The square cutout on the nib does indeed fit over a corresponding raised point on the feed, the intent being to hold the nib in position, keeping it from shifting while avoiding having to have a very tight fit in the section. You do not want to file this off.

All are friction fit. Just soak the whole section for an hour, shake out the water, wipe the surface, get some surgical gloves (or another rather thin rubber), grip well but gently and pull it straight out. Grip the nib/feed closer to the section (right in the middle, NOT close to the tipping). Assamble in the same way (the nib is attached to the feed in the particular position which prevents from moving) and always wet.
