I'm still fuming over an interaction I had with this individual a couple of months ago. Yes, he is a professional who specializes in cracks and tipping.... and probably does them better than almost anyone else. But, he is also a professional who specializes in arrogant, offensive, insulting and threatening communications; this he definitely does better than anyone else!
He's not worth it, especially given there are alternative resources who treat customers with both respect and good service.
Given his exorbitant prices, it is no more expensive to send your nib to Spain. I did and now that my repaired nib has been returned, I can report I am delighted by the results....... and also the way I was treated.
