Montblanc 12 from the 1960's, in very good condition.

This is the slightly smaller of their 1960s Meisterstuck line, called the demi, corresponding to the 146 in today's lineup.

The nib is a super soft 18K Medium that will flex to a BB with almost zero pressure.

While Montblanc marketed these nibs as flexible, they are really just incredibly soft and smooth, without the snap back that you would expect from traditional vintage.

The pen is a joy to write with: if you like soft nibs, you will struggle to find one better than this.

Writing sample included in this album (the 34 is a size reference and not for sale).

The pen is in excellent working condition: the piston glides up and down and, apart from the micro scratches you would expect from a pen this age, it is otherwise unblemished.
